Location: the hotel was really close to hiking the Kumano kodo, the train station, and goos restaurants. We stopped by Rara Locale for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Staying at Tsukasa House for our Kumano Kodo trek was a delightful experience. Akhi, our host, was incredibly helpful, providing local tips and arranging luggage transfers. the spacious house had all necessary amenities. Akhi's attentiveness and flexibility made our stay special. Responsive via WhatsApp, he even offered to dry our shoes on a rainy day. the location near a grocery store was convenient for our vegan meals. Overall, a fantastic pre-trail stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
